A project to increase brand visibility, traffic, conversions and overall sales.

The Fossil Store is the UK’s largest fossil provider to the general public and the core of their sales strategy was to lead the E-Commerce market.

We were asked to ensure class-leading User-Experience on their website through usability research and best practice E-Commerce design. The key goals were to grow mobile usage, onsite engagement and overall website visibility/traffic through search and paid advertising.

The results

  • 28.26% increase in sales through search channels within 6 months.
  • 16.3% increase in onsite conversions through improved UX.
  • 42.0% decrease in paid search costs without dropping traffic volumes.
  • A much improved E-Commerce path to conversion with many barriers removed.

The project

A new design template was created that would replace the dated and non-user friendly experience. SEO was a key element in the wireframing stage and launch of the website to ensure maximum visibility on Google. A/B testing was carried out on the user conversion steps to test the most effective call-to-actions, e-commerce steps and tailored messaging.
