The Black Eyed Peas were performing at Alton Towers theme park for a special summer concert. This was a key event for Alton Towers and it was important to sell out tickets before the week of the event.
Sales were under-performing and the event not overly publicised, therefore Alton Towers asked for search engine optimisation to make the event more visible and to increase sales.
- Sold out tickets within 8 weeks of launching the campaign.
- A giant spike in organic search traffic from non-brand related keywords.
- Within 6 weeks of the SEO campaign I had achieved the number 1 position on Google for very competitive keywords including “Black Eyed Peas”, “Black Eyed Peas Concert” and “Black Eyed Peas Live”.
